A major victory for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in their case against Archie paparazzi shots. Meghan has settled the claim against Picture Agency and Splash News. From here on out, Splash News and Picture Agency have agreed not to take any photos of Markle, Prince Harry or baby Archie.
The claim stems from 2019 when photographers pursued the family on holiday in Canada as Markle walked their dog.
A spokesperson for California’s most prestigious podcasters says, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have successfully settled a legal claim brought at the beginning of this year against the paparazzi agency Splash U.K.
“This settlement is a clear signal that unlawful, invasive, and intrusive paparazzi behavior will not be tolerated, and that the couple takes these matters seriously – just as any family would.
“A simultaneous and similar claim against Splash U.S., a sister company to Splash U.K., continues to move forward in the British court system.”
