How to get a job at Buckingham Palace

Do you want to work at Buckingham Palace? Then toss your knickers and your passport in your duffle bag because the palace is hiring for a traveling personal assistant aka MY DREAM JOB – RIGHT NOW.

Here’s a portion of what the Queen and co. are looking for… “As part of the Central support team in the Private Secretary’s Office, you’ll take on a role of unique variety. Providing comprehensive support to a Senior Manager, you’ll prioritise and manage multiple requests, coordinate diaries, meetings and appointments, oversee efficient inbox management, minute-taking and draft correspondence.”

I would be terrible at doing all of those things. I’m probably more qualified for a janitorial position.

“It’s a fast paced and high profile environment, and you’ll have responsibility from day one. Yet you’ll rise to the challenge and will be proud of the part you play.” Sounds like the perfect job for someone that owns a FitBit on purpose!

The position is estimated to begin in January of 2021 and pay is around £35,000 based on experience.

I would actually love to be a tour guide at Windsor. I think the history is romantic and I love the grounds. Plus, I adored our tour guide at Windsor in February of 2020. I think his name was Peter. What a ham!
