Throwback to one of our favorite Graham Norton interviews… Helena Bonham Carter (Season 3 & 4’s Princess Margaret) says the royal rebel visited her before she agreed to star in Netflix’s The Crown.

Helena is friends with a psychic, healer and intuitive. On a casual visit, her psychic friend told her that Princess Margaret was in the room… “Does that mean anything to you?” her friend asked. “Yes! It does…” Helena explained. Although she knew the princess in real life, Helena knew that a spiritual visit from HRH was likely related to an offer she had recently received to play her in The Crown.

“And I said ‘yeah’ ‒ no actually, if you’ve got the horse’s mouth, it’s in the room, you’re not going to say ‘no actually’ so, so I said ‘yeah’.” Helena used the unique opportunity to ask Margaret whether she would mind if she played her. You can watch the fun interview below.

Season 4 of The Crown premieres November 15th and Netflix recently released new photos from the highly anticipated season.
