Tomorrow is the big day! Princess Diana fans near Los Angeles (that includes you Prince Harry) are in for a fun holiday escape. An in-person Princess Di experience opens Wednesday, December 1st at Santa Monica Place – where the Bloomingdale’s used to be. It is a photography and art exhibit titled Princess Diana Accredited Access Exhibition. The experience promises to explore “the world’s most loved Princess through an intimate new lens.”
Fever and SBX have collaborated with famed royal photographers Anwar Hussein and his sons Zak and Samir to debut their collection of original images of the Princess of Wales. Fever is promising “Bespoke art installations and larger than life images” that will “take guests on a stunning visual journey.” The walk-through is narrated by the photographers by way of headphones and can last up to 90-minutes.
According to Fever, “The Husseins collectively spent four decades working side by side with the iconic Princess and her family and will reveal what they witnessed first-hand, both in public and private moments.” Expect to hear “never-before-told stories” while admiring one of the most photographed women in the world.
There are eight themed rooms or sections within the exhibit. Stroll through Growing, Glam, Hats & Tiaras, Art Installations, Working Royals, Humanitarian, Unguarded, and The Photography Dark Room. Each themed space will include photography, art, and artifacts. Don’t forget narration!
