Meghan is specifically suing over the misuse of private information, copyright infringement, and breach of the Data Protection Act. The Mail on Sunday has argued that Meghan knew her letter would be leaked to media because of her “elaborate handwriting.” (Meghan is a known calligraphy savant.)
