Finding Financial Freedom – Prince Harry returns £2.4m for home renovations

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have officially paid off their Frogmore Cottage renovation expenses.

The estimated £2.4m was paid for by UK taxpayers through the Sovereign Grant. Prince Harry agreed to return the money upon announcing his exit as a senior royal earlier this year. A representative for the Duke of Sussex says he’s paid the bill in full by making a contribution to the grant.

Frogmore Cottage is near Windsor Castle and will remain the UK residence for the Sussex family.
