Meghan Markle’s first round loss against ‘Mail on Sunday’ will cost her $87K
Meghan Markle is suing the Mail on Sunday after they published pieces of a private letter she sent to her father, Thomas Markle. Meghan is specifically suing over the misuse of private information, copyright infringement, and breach of the Data Protection Act. The Mail on Sunday has argued that Meghan knew her letter would be leaked to media because of her “elaborate handwriting.” (Meghan is a known calligraphy savant.)
